At Perfect Closet, a child company of Advonic Industries Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered swiftly and safely across India. Please read the shipping policy carefully to understand our logistics and delivery procedures.

Delivery Timelines
All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners and are typically delivered within 7 working days from the date of shipment.

While we strive to meet timely deliveries, actual delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Address
Orders will be delivered only to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order.

No request for address changes or alternate delivery addresses will be entertained once the order has been placed.

For orders with multiple products under a single Order ID, all items will be shipped to one shipping address only.

We do not allow splitting or shipping products under the same order to different addresses.

Packaging
All products are securely double-packed in waterproof polybags to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Perfect Closet shall not be liable for delivery delays caused due to incomplete, incorrect, or invalid address or PIN code provided by the customer.

In case a shipment is returned to us due to such errors, the customer will be required to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment of the order.

Unforeseen Delays
Perfect Closet is not liable for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Logistics issues at the courier company’s end

Natural disasters

Strikes, curfews, or political unrest

Government restrictions or force majeure events

We aim to deliver all products within 7 working days, but we appreciate your understanding in case of rare and unavoidable delays.
